Oh boy, so my views on the entire series differ book to book, though, I can comment on how much I loved the first book. Divergent was pleasantly grasping and intriguing the more I read which is hard to achieve for me because I am well grounded with my classic novel roots. It is a classic post apocalyptic tail involving friendships, overcoming difficult times and situations along with a rather steamy YA love affair. So overall, in my opinion, this book is recommendable and definitely a five star for me due to the fact it was everything I expected and hoped for looking into the novel.
