From Scratch: A Memoir of Love, Sicily, and Finding Home by Tembi Locke

Two nights in a row, I had prepackaged (not frozen at all but fresh) vegan bolognese for dinner (not planned but came across them while doing a mini grocery at a local supermarket Green’s Grocery) between fully immersing in my good pasta dish and eagerly trying to finish the last 50 pages of the book (recipes and Q&A followed).
