Holden is the typical college playboy. As an athlete he has the pick of his men to warm his bed if only for a few hours, what he didn’t know is why a tall dark handsome baseball player hated him so much considering they’ve never met… right? What started out as just trying to get laid in his pursuit of Kason now becomes a long haul game of trying to prove Pheonix wrong… if he thinks Holden will back down from a little challenge, a little possession, a little macho posturing he’s got another thing coming.

Phoenix college baseball player. He has always put others before himself even to the detriment of his own life, his best friend Kason is no exception, he will always be there for him and protect him. Even if that means protecting him from the self professed man whore, Holden. His best friends virtue isn’t one he’s about to let be destroyed by Holden, Phoenix has first hand knowledge of what it’s like to be a notch on Holdens bed post and his best friend deserves better! Hatching operation c*ckblock, that would see Holden having to streak across the quad in his birthday suit isn’t as easy as it seems, that playboy is more devious than pheonix thought matching him tit for tat.
What started out as revenge turned to lust, obsession, and then a secret love that caught them both off guard.
Torn between his loyalty for his best friend and love for the enemy, Phoenix must make a decision… but how does he choose between someone he considers a brother and the man he sees the rest of his with.

The story is full of twists and secrets, the plot is expected from the way the book starts but is no less delicious to see play out. Kason the man caught is the middle with no clue what’s happening, is adorable and true main character material, I think that Kason being such a great guy only added to the story as at times you were conflicted on the events that were taking place.
