This was my first book by Kelly Siskind; but it definitely won’t be the last – Don’t Go Stealing My Heart is all about a woman with a past that has defined her present; a present where she is the female Robin Hood – she steals from the rich and bad; in order to help charities that helps children in need.
Clementine’s next mark is the CEO of a company who owns a Van Gogh that she intends to steal next. What she doesn’t expect was the man himself; Jack aka Maxwell – a man intelligent, charming and interesting enough for her to start doubting herself and her own agenda.
This was such an adorable and hilarious read with such unique characteristics within the plot – I mean; you have a woman with an agenda and a crush on her mark; a hero who is not only handling problems in his own company but also a competition of Elvis Impersonators that he desperately wants to win and a woman whose lie about her name while helping him with his car troubles, has him intrigued right from the start!
Don’t Go Stealing My Heart is for those romance readers who need a little uniqueness within the tropes that have started looking and reading the same after being an ardent fan of this genre!
