Did not finish book. Stopped at 19%.

after reading nine lives and this one, i’m starting to think this author just ain’t for me. i still have to try his other books, but the new ones just ain’t working. this book was short so i thought i could get through it quick, but the writing style was insufferable for me, it was so damn cringe, i couldn’t go on even if i tried my hardest. didn’t grip me nor did i like any of the characters either, so it’s a dnf for me.
