Wow. I need to lie down and get my head around that ending.

I tend to steer away from thrillers mostly because of my anxiety but i’m starting to think that may be what the author wants me to feel like and believe you me, I really felt it with this book.

It consumed me. I felt like I was Anne and I was living this god awful nightmare. I felt like I couldn’t trust anyone, not even my own thoughts throughout my reading journey.

There were times where I thought ‘no, do the right thing, don’t be so stupid, what a fucking dope’ etc… but it needed to happen for the storyline to progress and work it’s way into my headspace.

This book is every parents nightmare but we come to realise the whys behind these actions.

What I didn’t expect was the twists and how the way the book ended, like is my book missing a chapter?! I’m shook!

All I will say is, if you like the whole get in your head thing, then I wholeheartedly recommend this book.
