This was novel is different from type of fiction books I have currently been reading. I am thankful I gave it a go.
The author explains and showcases, with help from his characters, how poverty truly affects people in the United States. It evoked a lot of thinking and discussion between my husband and I.
The characters immediately put life into perspective. I am reminded how truly grateful I am as well. To not taking advantage of enjoying being content. LGBT - Mild swearing - Mild sexual content. Recommended!
