The Lake: 4⭐️ My first Due (although I have plenty on my TBR). I loved the ease of her writing without it being overly dense or flowery. The juxtaposition of a character who seemed to be running from past indiscretions becoming a real monster was well done.
Summer: 3⭐️ Creepy baby story but the adults were creepier.
I just couldn’t rate the remaining stories. After the first two, it took a lot of effort to complete the collection. Just not for me.
