This J.P. Beaumont mystery is not as good as some of the others. There's still a fair bit of driving around, but he gets sidelined by a couple of LOL's (you'll have to read it to find out what that means.) I still enjoy reading them for the way that J.P. sees the world, and each one fills in some of the holes in his story.
