Did not finish book. Stopped at 15%.

By this point in the book, I’ve just grown tired with the style of the narrative. The synopsis had me intrigued with the prospect of this woman literally becoming some kind of beast but so far it’s very much a “burnt out mother with a useless husband” type of allegory and as much as I do enjoy stories revolving around motherhood, I’ve just found myself very bored so far.
