The Collected Regrets of Clover by Mikki Brammer
5.0
"Grief is just love looking for a place to settle"
This novel is about Clover, a 36 year old woman working as a death doula and helping those at their end of life stage. This novel highlights the complexities involved with navigating grief and the healing process. It also clearly shows us that there is so much we can learn from those about to leave this earth.
A meaningful, special debut novel about grief, love and living. I felt it. It made me both, tear up and smile.
"Regret is the silent companion that clings to our hearts, reminding us of the wounds we never healed"
