Reversing Time: One Boy's Quest to Change History by Charlotte Mendel

3.0

I am not a fan of time-travel novels, and this book did little to change that. At least one can only travel along their own timeline, that's an improvement. Simon Scendel is the Greta Thunberg of Canada as he strives to save the world from climate change destruction. With a talisman of his mother's he is able to time-travel to monitor the results of his actions and adapt his approach.
A novel that requires a large leap of faith on the part of the reader, as many questions are left unanswered, especially around the strange paradisaic Island his mother and the talisman originate from. Some F-bombs, but an ok YA read.
