The Love That I Have by James Moloney

4.0

I am a sucker for world war 2 historical fiction, something about the stories of triumph and hope those effected had pulls me in every time, and this book has been no different. For me it was a slow start I couldn’t quiet grip the story at first and it was probably one of the longest reads I’ve had in a while, but I’m so glad I stuck with it. The message of the dead need to know they’re loved is so touching and I hope resonated with much of the audience. It also had a beautiful love story as well as educating a younger generation of the atrocity of what happened during the holocaust. Overall I really enjoyed this book and will probably pick up another one of his books.
