September by Rosamunde Pilcher
4.0
Like many sequels, September doesn't quite meet the standard of its predecessor but I enjoyed it nonetheless. It was interesting to see Noel - a selfish jerk in the first book - become a decent young man in this one. Another Pilcher note: I have always enjoyed Pilcher's descriptions of food & meals; this book has some good ones, including the account of Noel's first meal with Alexa.
