Well written, that’s why if the two stars, but really really boring. Nothing happens and the details of the life of this man are disclosed so so slowly. It could have been a 30-pages-short story and it would have been much better. I thought I had the human stain but instead I had this book of the author. Now that I’ve read it I highly doubt that I will read the human stain, unless someone highly convinces me.
I’ve never felt so underwhelmed in finishing a book. I’ve learned nothing and gained nothing.
