 Quickie Review:

So I did want to make this review a bit shorter, so I don't reveal too much in this one as I do think more mystery is better around these books than not. So we pick up where we left off from the end of book three, where they are leaving France and having to come back to the states as the legal case involving murder of Rebecca and the attack on Sara to be resolved. There are many puzzles missing in this mystery, and with how they are being questioned by law enforcement, both Sara and Chris are really struggling. And there is a battle happening with Mark and his own journey. We will see a glimpse into Mark's torment and even though eventually I do want to read his book, I am not exactly wanting to rush into it either. This story was quite fascinating because we are seeing how Chris and Sara are best tested in ways that neither of them expected to be and we also see how they both experience unique challenges but are learning to lean on each other instead of other ways that aren't as healthy to their relationship.

I am not sure what it is about this author, but most of what I read from her is so all consuming and it definitely is the case with this series. I am so in love with Chris and Sara and seeing their story slowly come to a end was a bit sad but also ready to read more of the connecting books to theirs. I was impressed with the finale in their journey, at least a full length novel of their finale (there is still a novella to read to finish them off completely)

If you love romantic suspense but like something with a bit more sensual feeling to the story, then you definitely need to try out this series, you can't go wrong with them.
