I Heart Paris by Lindsey Kelk
1.0
If you didn't like Twilight's Bella, then you'll hate the main character in this book, Angela.
I picked it up while waiting at Paris' Airport, the only English chicklit book in their selection. I regret it.
Never before I had wished the main character would be better off rotten and failed. I didn't think she had any redeeming quality... unless a love of designer stuff and total clumsiness/ignorance are passable as redeeming.
This book was advertised as "If you like Sex and the City..." so maybe, just maybe if you like Sex and the City, you'd like this too. I love chicklits but I can't stand Sex and the City (the movie).
For me, the only good thing about this book was the setting. It has a decent portrayal of Paris, and it made me want to go there again.
