If you love a good second chance angsty read this is the book for you. This is the story of Elle and Ryder. They were each other’s first love but life just wasn’t on their side when it came to being together. This is not just a second chance romance but a third. The story switches back from past and present in dual POV, which I actually loved I feel like it made the emotional connection with the characters that much stronger. You could really feel their connection and chemistry from the very beginning in the past POV and it just made everything going on in the present more emotional knowing their history. At the beginning of the story Ryder is just getting out of jail, and Elle has just graduated law school, he back in town and they have to navigate seeing each other again. The angst is real, the longing between the two had me in a choke hold. Their story was beautiful and I really enjoyed it. This was my first CW Farnsworth book and it didn’t disappoint. Come Break my heart again releases today 6/14/23!
