Disclaimer: An eARC was provided via Harper Collins International in exchange for an honest review. ince, I didn't have access to my copy due to lockdown, I listened to the Audiobook via Storytel App. The Thoughts, opinions & feelings expressed in the review are therefore, my own.

An intriguing mystery, multiple POVs and a list of murder suspects, all with their own motives to kill the victim – and who could be the murder victim – wouldn’t you like to know?

Julia Keegan, an online magazine mogul is to have a whirlwind wedding to her reality star boyfriend; Will Slater on a Remote Island. One of the most exclusive weddings with only about 150 guests in attendance; but the plot’s focus in on Olivia (Julia’ sister), Johno (Will’s best man) Hannah (described as Plus One to the wedding), and the wedding planner, Aoife and her caterer husband; Freddy.

To add a little intensity to the tale, there’s also a huge storm brewing and I don’t mean just the ones in the character’s own personal lives, to hit the island as the weather gets intense.

The story is being told in the present and the past (during the wedding reception) as well multiple POVs of the different characters, with not only their back story but what and who they are in present.

Like I said in the disclaimer; I listened to the audio – book; and I just couldn’t stop listening – the narrator was wonderful and the intensity as well as the suspense of the plotline was perfectly put forward during the narration.

It was easy to see deduce who the victim was and “why” they might have been murdered – and I might have deduced the killer IF I had been reading the ebook/physical book – but definitely kudos to the narrator for keeping me on the edge of the seat (mostly, bed) right till the end.
