I started reading this book after watching the S1 of silo on Apple TV. I enjoyed the show and thought, why not? I am so glad I decided to read this book. The mystery of the silo and its origin was amazing to unravel. I became so invested in all the characters and what would be their outcome. Hugh Howey did an amazing job with building this “world”, the hierarchy, social structure and politics of the silo. 

I can’t wait to read the other 2 books in this series, along with the short stories. It will be interesting to see how the tv adaptation continues to grow!
