I didn't really know what to expect from this one. I was in the mood for a second chance romance story and I got THE second chance romance of a lifetime.
There was so much angst in this story. So so so so much angst. And I loved every piece of it. The author has a way of making the pain seem real and not some totally unrelatable ache. I teared up so many times while reading, my heart was aching the entire time while reading.
I LOVED THESE CHARACTER!!! There is development, there is characterization, there is intimacy. There is balance and fulfillment. Their relationship tore m to pieces and I mean that in the best way possible.
I hope to keep going with this series and falling more in love with Jared and Aly!
