Probably one of my favourite novels by Dekker. He tells the story of a woman from Arabia born in shame as she travels to save her people and restore honour to herself and her home. Along the way she meets this man who spoke of a new way of living and a new kingdom; challenging everything she and everyone in Palestine believes to be true.
