I'm not sure what I'd been expecting from this, maybe to get more inspired about my life through the ocean, and while this does make me reflect on my own life and the ocean itself, this didn't give me the drive to get up and be better.

That said, I did find a lot of the history of diving really interesting, even if it did seem to drag on at times with the personal anecdotes.

This isn't a must read, but if you're interested in diving then you might enjoy this one.
