4 stars - It was really good

This was another wonderful volume of the evil general relaxing on his day off by trying steamed buns, visiting pandas, and buying the panda plush that calls to him. I am really enjoying this series a lot and plan to continue reading. It's just a fun slice of life story but with the villain instead of the hero like usual.
