MY FAVORITE COMFORT NOVEL. I don't think I'll ever stop being obsessed with this book and its characters. I would die for the greaser gang.
This book just feels like home to me. It's tragic, but also heartwarming because of the strong bond that the gang has. I love the lengths that the boys went to protect each other, even if some of them didn't get along as well as the others. Found family is one of my favorite tropes, and the greaser gang is pretty much the textbook definition of that.
