Wow. I stayed up late just to finish this book. While I didn't enjoy the writing or writing style through the first half of the book, with it feeling very hit or the head with the metaphor, by the third act, specifically the courtroom scene, I was astounded. I learned vocabularly for things that I've always wanted to voice and I love that she uses real world scenarios to further heft her writing (found at the notes section at the end). I also understood why the story was written the way it began by the end.
tldr; didnt like the first half but worth it for the last 25% surprisingly
