Bad Boy Billionaire by Amie Knight
5.0
Grace wants what all couples seem to have. She’s starting over in a new town and navigating her way around isn’t easy. Whit has two sides – one cocky and one caring. This is a story that’s sweet with just the right amount of heat. Whit didn’t seem to live up to the title because I didn’t see that much of a bad boy but that didn’t detract from my enjoyment.
The author takes the time to write a scene that will get you to laugh. It was at that point that I knew I needed to see where this was going. And it made it tough to put down. The story just seemed to get better and better and trying to find the perfect stopping point got worse and worse.
Ms. Knight creates a couple of special characters that I looked forward to seeing – insta love. I learned that this isn’t a story to get too comfortable with. A twist appeared that I never saw coming. But our author showed restraint so that it doesn’t overtake what’s already a great story. No disruption to the enjoyment you will get out of getting to know her characters. This may be my first read by this author but it certainly won’t be my last.
I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
