Bad Fat Black Girl: Notes from a Trap Feminist by Sesali Bowen

emotional hopeful informative inspiring medium-paced

I loved loved loved this book! Intersectional feminism is so important to begin with. But this is like a whole other level. This goes deep into not only the intersection of feminism and race but also sex and gender identity and body/ablism.

Read this.

If nothing else, it will educate you on another perspective but it also made me laugh out loud, cry real tears and feel immense joy and sisterhood with this woman. I want to be her friend
