This is my first time reading a book from this author, sort of. I got the book when it was first published and didn't really like it. So I DNF'd it. Fast forward til now when I forget that I'd started it in the past until I quickly realized I'd read some of it and didn't like it 😂 but I told myself o was gonna read it and once I got over whatever little mental roadblock I had with this book I really liked it. I loved Dymon's mean self. And I loved Quinci's feisty personality. I loved them and their exploits together. The characters were all vastly different yet tied in so well together. Story was cohesive and flower well. Didn't like Derek, Fiona, Jasmine or Dymon's mom. But now I'm ready for the second part.
