I think the art is at the start really tedious but the art picks up pace and gets better with every issue, still not my fav artstyle but it stops being annoying. The story set up is kinda eh, but I like that the 4 issues try to conclude in their own way, a way how superman could have lived his life with his own happy ending.
It’s not my series at all, but with every issue more I kinda understood the appeal, not from the set up but from the writing perspective. It’s was a fast read for me too. I got through it easily even tho it has a lot of chunks when it comes to words.
Is it an overall good thing? I think. Would I recommend it to superman fans? Sure. I would, even when I think this comic is not really made for me. I think there are people out there who would appreciate it.
