It’s cute if you like books that reek of YA. This book honestly feels like it was written for middle grade. It’s so childish, and some of the solutions to fill plot problems are so far-fetched and come out of nowhere. I really did like the second half though, and think there’s some solid character-building, which is why I gave it three stars.
