I’ve never read a hockey romance with no hockey in it before..
I think that’s why I’m rating it so low. If I’m reading a hockey romance I expect there to be some in it. A game or two.. something.
I understand that he was recovering from an injury but it just fell flat for me.
The names were also really hard for me to go along with because they’re so out there.
Boh’s character drove me nuts, I typically like the grumpy/sunshine trope but this one didn’t do it for me unfortunately.
I really tried to like this book, I just didn’t. I found myself starting to skim it 60% through so that I could finish it and move onto another book.
