Oh what a lovely modern fairytale. Fairytale as in "these kind of events don't happen in real life" sense not in the familiar "princess and frog" or whatever way. I loved it. It was the right combination of fun and feelings; I cried and laughed and that's what I like to get from a summer read. From any read honestly. Could they have resolved their conflict sooner if they had just really talked to each other? Yes, of course. But the heartbreak and angst and all that followed the "not really talking" is an essential part of this fairytale as well, so I didn't mind too much.
