I knew that after finishing Christmas Under A Cranberry Sky, I just couldn’t leave these characters behind so I picked up the second book straight away and I blooming loved it just as much as the first.
This book is Neve and Oakley’s story and follows on nicely from the first book.
It was only in the second half of the first book that I really started warming to Neve and I started to understand her a bit more but in this book we are taken on an emotional rollercoaster and we start to understand why she has built so many barriers when it comes to relationships.
Upon Oakley’s arrival, he has a lot to think about and come to terms with. He made me feel all the emotions, I found myself frustrated from time to time, jumping for joy and I even had moments of laughter. He was a complete joy.
