This was too cute, such a perfect wholesome Valentine’s day story. I’m usually not into YA, but I loved Lynn Painter’s Better than the Movies, and I couldn’t resist the adorable Barnes and Noble edition with the turquoise heart sprayed edges lol.
The Do-Over is funny, full of excellent banter, cringy at times (in a looking back at your cringy teen self way), and fast-paced. I couldn’t put this book down. Yeah there are cliches, but Lynn Painter’s writing style makes everything feel fresh. I loved it!
