This was unlike anything I have read. I usually prefer longer books and have a hard time with poetry but I loved how it told a story and the ending was not what I expected. I actually read this while sitting on a beach and I feel like October and the spooky months are more the vibe, but I still had a good time with it. I was hooked from the first page and definitely recommend if you are looking for a quick read.
