It’s a quick read, has a few laughs, but is ultimately just kind of forgettable. I feel like you’ll be able to tell right away if this is a character you can follow and I’d honestly say it was pretty fun through the first third but as the absurdity increased, my enjoyment kind of decreased. I think a big part of me also kept thinking of all the ways she’d never be able to get away with all this. There’s also a twist that doesn’t feel necessary and the ending was so lackluster, I legitimately don’t remember it and it’s only been a few days. I think this plot ran away from the author a bit but I do applaud the consistency of the personality of her sociopathic main character.
