From Scratch: A Memoir of Love, Sicily, and Finding Home by Tembi Locke

This book has been on my TBR for a while, but I'll be real honest, seeing the previews of the movie coming pushed it to the top of the list. And then, I cried multiple times reading this book. Just the depth of the relationship the author had with her husband and also the grief and survival throughout the book, it broke my heart to read it. There was so much depth to the story and so many different facets of the journey that the author shared. I really enjoyed it.
