It took me so long to finish this book. There are so many intricate and moving parts in this story. There are so many characters, with their own desires, that play roles in this world. It’s like a soap opera, so taking it slow is absolutely how it should be read. Otherwise, some details might be missed. It’s easy to get invested in the characters. A little more difficult to understand why they make decisions they do, but I feel more understanding will come with the next book. This series, and book, will become classics.
