This book literally got me out of my reading slump. I mean yeah I read and everything daily but after exams I wasn't enjoying it so much. But this girlish, lighthearted read definitely made me forget time and I read this book and the sequels within 24 hrs, that too without a Youtube Challenge! Just for the sake of it, just cuz I was addicted.
The plot is about a girl whose mother dies cuz of cancer and she strips for a living until one day this gentleman shows up to her school and claims to be her legal guardian. Bff of the father who had recently died. He happens to be a millionaire with 5 sons. Introduces her to wealth beyond imagination, even pays her to complete school, graduate. The guardian's own relationship with his sons isn't pretty great who get jealous when the girl gets their father's attention. And we get to see a poor girl adjusting in an elite world. Elite to lovers trope and well, acc to me weird incestuous relationship given the guardian keeps trying to build a family with the girls as her daughter.
