The Periodic Table by Primo Levi

3.0

At first, I thought this would be a bit more related to the tragic life of the author that had survived Auschwitz, but as I made my way through a number of short stories entitled by some chemical elements from the periodic table, I discovered them to be more scientificfly oriented than fictional or historic. Though profound in some of the tales narrated, I had plenty of moments where the abundance of technical terms just spoiled the entire plot of some of the stories. Overall I found this to be a decent piece of writing but can't say I would rush to recommend it.
