DNF pg 30

This book sadly just isn’t working for me. I am not liking Shade at all really. She is a witch that has lived for hundreds of years apparently but acts like a teenager almost in need to prove herself to her mentor. She just feels very childish and I was quickly getting irritated by some of her actions and I have barely read any of the story.  While I think the concept of this world is interesting, at least from what I have read so far, I just don’t like Shade enough to continue reading to find out what will happen.
