This story deals with hunting a serial killer with decades of victims. Several victims have been raped and that is mentioned, although not graphically. One of the most recent victims is a child, and there is a scene involving a spirit of the child (briefly) - but that spirit doesn't speak. The deaths are spoken of clinically and usually in summary to bring our main characters Anna and Charles up to speed on the investigation.
