Perhaps my favorite book out of the ones I have read this year. An excellent political intrigue and science fiction story, with an amazing exploration of ideas of the self, of culture, heritage, and on both the potential atractiveness and the horror of an Empire.There's also a lot of stuff on narratives and Cities, which is something I absolutely adore!
