This was just a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the movie. It was pretty good, if you're the sort who likes to see behind the 'movie magic'. I'm not, usually, but it was really impressive how they did some of it.

I'm not a James Cameron fan, though, and some of the Cameron-worship was off-putting.
