Somehow this book both over-explained hockey while also under-explaining hockey. There seemed to be more hockey terminology used in this book than the previous books without really explaining what it meant while also going into detail about aspects of hockey that didn't really need as much page time. Even then, the story was still pretty good and I think the enemies/rivals aspect of this book probably makes it my favorite of the series so far. The third act breakup was a little disappointing because, honestly, it felt like a repeat from the previous two books-Big fight, no communication, just ghosting and giving up.

One again, I really liked getting glimpses at the characters from previous books and I enjoyed the new side characters this one introduced. Overall not a bad read.
