Great book a prequel to a Christmas Carol explains how Marley and his sister Clara overcame poverty and how Jacob formed a partnership with Ebenezer Scrooge. It was sad that the author Vanessa Lafayette was unable to Finish the book and was completed by her close friend Rebecca Mascull. The book was flowing and easy to read and difficult to put down. Vanessa had written two previous books and judging by this one would be worth a read. Miss Marley is a must read for all Christmas lovers.
