Too much smut for my taste. This was supposed to be a tearjerker but the pacing was off and failed to set the mood.

The romance gave me the ick — it’s practically virgin p*rn. Bree felt lowkey predatory to me, and if their roles were reversed, I’m sure people would have flipped.

I was not a fan of the writing style as well.

I don’t get the hype. Sorry.
