Hollowpox: The Hunt for Morrigan Crow by Jessica Townsend
3.0
The first two books of the Nevermoor saga were full of imagination and wunder (see what I did there?). While this one carries us further into the world Townsend is building, it lacked some of the originality, depth, and humor of the first two. Unfortunately Morrigan spends much of her time in this book with other adults in her life, while we miss out on seeing her build further friendships with her school companions.
It's still a fun read, and I'm interested to see where the saga goes, but it wasn't my favorite of the bunch.
