I really enjoyed the HBCU culture displayed in this book. Jemma was a lot nicer than I would have been. And I think Quinton got off so easy.
My favorite type of books are the ones where the MMC references something that was casually mentioned earlier in the book as part of the big gesture to get the FMC. I loved Zeke's patience with her even when he was annoyed.
